Reviews and Ratings <br />
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which is well-maintained and quite clean, even though it’s not right on the beach. The staff were always helpful and accommodating, which added to the experience, and the nearby restaurants were a delightful surprise. However, the kitchen amenities were quite limited, making it challenging if you're looking to cook meals. Overall, it was fair value for the money.
This resort has a lot of potential but unfortunately fell short during my stay. The location is quite good, close to the beach and various amenities, and the room was spacious enough. However, the property is in poor condition with maintenance issues, and the service left a lot to be desired with unresolved problems. Overall, it felt like a disappointing experience for the price paid.
The hotel has a central location, which makes it easy to access downtown Ixtapa and the beach within a short walk. The customer service is fantastic, and I appreciated that the pool was cleaned daily. However, there are several issues with the facilities, including non-working waterslides and safety concerns in the rooms. The Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable, especially during peak times, and the lack of basic amenities made for a less than comfortable stay.
My stay at the Ixtapa Palace was a mixed bag. While the rooms were clean and the staff was helpful, the resort itself felt quite rundown with many facilities in need of repair. The location offered easy access to dining options, but it wasn’t directly on the beach as some may expect. Overall, it’s a decent place if you don’t mind a few quirks, but I’d recommend exploring other options as well.
I had a lovely stay at Ixtapa Palace. The staff were genuinely friendly and eager to assist, and the restaurant on-site had a nice vibe. The room was clean and comfortable, though the resort is older and undergoing renovations. One downside was that the beach was a bit of a trek away, but the pool areas made up for it. Overall, the resort offered good value for money, especially with access to various amenities.
